Ordering digital tickets

You can easily order tickets through your account on our website. After payment, your e-tickets will be sent to you immediately by email. You can also find your e-tickets in your account.

You have the option to have your e-tickets scanned from your smartphone at the ticket check, to print e-tickets yourself, or to receive your tickets by mail. The shipping costs per order are €4.

Ordering at the Box Office

It is possible to reach our box office by phone at +31 (0)53 485 85 00 or by sending an email to kassa@wilminktheater.nl. You can also visit us at Wenninkgaarde 40-42 in Enschede, at the entrance of Wilminktheater.

* The box office is open from Monday to Friday, between 2 PM and 5 PM. 
** During the summer holidays, the box office is closed from July 21 to August 17th 2025.

Exchange/return

Returning tickets or lost tickets?

Are you unable to attend? That's a pity, but we offer the option to exchange the entrance ticket(s) for a voucher at the box office up to 2 working days before the performance. This can also be done by phone. You may also exchange your tickets for other tickets. A fee of €2 per returned or exchanged ticket will be charged. This also applies to exchanging seats within a performance or concert. Payment with vouchers from our theater can be done by phone, via the website, and at the box office.

Lost your tickets? No worries. We can print duplicate tickets for you for €1 per ticket. New e-tickets are sent free of charge via email.

Sold out? Waitlist offers another chance

If a performance or concert is sold out, the waitlist offers a last chance. Please contact the box office for this (Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, phone: 053 – 485 85 00). This does not guarantee availability, but if seats become available, we will contact you.

All our transactions are subject to the general terms and conditions of the VSCD. 

Additional costs

Reservation fee: 
€2.50 per order (also for sales at the box office and before the start of a performance/concert)

Shipping costs: 
€4 per order (does not apply to e-tickets)

Cancellation fee: 
€2 per ticket

Duplicate costs: 
€1 per ticket

Service costs:
€4.25 per ticket (cloakroom and drink (during intermission) included).

Youth price:
If there is a discount for children and young people, this will be indicated per performance or concert. Young visitors up to the age of 18 receive a discount.

'Friends' do not pay reservation fees when ordering at the box office, by telephone, or online.

There are no service fees at the Grote Kerk and De Kleine Willem. The prices in our brochure and on our website include service fees. For each performance, it is clearly stated what is and is not included in the ticket price.

Payment

You can securely pay online through iDeal or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment options also include the PODIUM Gift Card, a VVV-card, voucher, and/or our Gift Voucher. You can find all the details about this delightful gift on www.wilminktheater.nl/kadobon. 

At our box office, you can pay by debit card in addition to the above-mentioned payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted. For phone orders, we can send you an iDEAL payment link for a smooth transaction.
